It has been our privilege to have managed sales and pre sales teams from 5 to 85 staff in multiple industry sectors. Our experiences come from coaching over 200 staff in over 1000 + high value new business campaigns across EMEA. We have extensive experience of working in Western Europe, Russia CIS, Middle East, and India.

We have doubled and tripled revenues, doubled conversion rates, and doubled new customer acquisition whilst operating as Vice Presidents and Sales Leaders for NCR, Olivetti, SAP, and Oracle Corporation.

Collectively we have held Sales & Marketing Director roles for 5 mid tier solution providers supplying commerce, ERP, Analytics, and best of breed solutions. With extensive experience of working on numerous contracts from $50,000 to $100 million we bring 60 years of combined selling and sales management experience to the market.

Success has been down to creating high performing teams that know the value of customer success and teamwork. We have always been passionate about releasing staff potential through hands on coaching and targeted training and development. Day Five Consulting, created in 2018 is the culmination of this ambition.

We are based within 30 miles of London and are available to work across the whole of the world as needed. This is carried out either face to face or more recently our materials have been adapted for a virtual experience. We have trained over 400 people (40% of these non sales background) since June 2020. Half our business is done outside of the UK with delegates coming from North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We work with market leaders in B2B Tech with an average customer satisfaction rating of 89%.

As the founder, my free time is spent with my wife and three daughters 32, 29, and 17. I am also a new grandfather and trying to remember what to do with little ones ! I love walking and being outdoors and seeing new places. I am a keen cyclist covering 1000 miles from John O'Groats to Lands End carrying all my own equipment mostly in wind and rain - no problem when you come from Yorkshire.
